Providing information to third parties

Domestina does not sell its users' data to third parties in any way. User data reaches our partners in the following cases:

• A user must receive an email - the email address and name are shared with the company Mailchimp, through which we send emails to all our customers.
• Customer places an order with a credit/debit card - the customer's email address, name, IP address, and card number are shared with the payment company Braintree
• In order to find errors during the operation of the platform, the client's IP address reaches our partners at Sentry. The IP address is not stored in any form.
• For the purpose of statistical analysis of site visits, the client's IP address is sent to Google Analytics. The IP address is not stored in any form.

Information security

Domestina has implemented a number of measures to ensure the security of your data.

Information storage

Information about users of the site is stored only in electronic form on the company's servers. When a client has signed up to receive information from Domestina, the data of this client is not automatically deleted. When a client has used Domestina's services, but has not signed up to receive notifications from Domestina, the data is kept for 10 years (according to the law). When a client has not used Domestina's services and has not signed up to receive notifications, the data is kept for 6 months. Personal data of job applicants is kept for 3 years.

Deleting information

Users have the right to request that Domestina delete or amend any personal information we hold about them. Please contact info@domestina.bg to initiate the process.
